Richard J. Margolis

I retained Richard J. Margolis to sue the person that caused me grief. Behind my back, Richard prepared a lawsuit against the wrong person, harassed that innocent person, and disclosed my name and address to that person. That innocent person contacted me and I learned that Richard was going after the... wrong person. I first thought that Richard, through incompetence or negligence, just made a mistake of identity going after the innocent person with the same name as the guilty one. But Richard told me that I would be better off "squeezing" the richer person, even knowing well that she is not the one responsible for my losses. I refused to sue the wrong person. This attorney stopped communicating with me. The deadline is upon me and I do not even know if I still have an attorney. Richard did not return the documents or photos that I gave him. I feel dirty after being his client.
