I have been a business lawyer for 25 years, representing entrepeneurs, small and mid sized businesses in general transactional matters, day to day corporate and business issues, business litigation and business bankruptcy for both comanies in financial distress and their creditors. I am also a columnist for and serve on the Forbes panel of experts for the Small Busienss Exchange. I host a weekly radio show on business issues and write a monthly column for the Philadelphia Evening Bulletin.
