Excellent expertise in securities fraud

Nick handled a securities fraud case for me. He is an expert in this field. He is extremely responsive with all forms of communication. Very competent and professional.

Excellent attorney who did a great job

Nick and his team were terrific to work with. I came to him because I had a serious problem with my broker and he went right to work. He was very professional, helped me to understand what I needed to gather, was very efficient. He always got back to me promptly via email, text or phone. He was alwa...ys there for me and it could have been tough as we were 3 time zones apart. He is a tireless worker, and I would hear from him on the weekends also. Nick has a fabulous team. Prior to the arbitration, Kate worked with me to prepare me and she was superb. Kate was very very helpful in explaining to me what would happen, and what our best approach would be. I was a bundle of nerves, but she managed to keep me focused and calm. The end result was a success. I don’t think I could’ve been in better hands. In a terrible time of need, Nick was the calm in the storm and guided me to a successful outcome. I highly recommend him and his team. You will not be disappointed.

Review of Two Trusts and Portfolios

Philadelphia has lived up to it's reputation as having the best attorneys in the Country. I reached out to five attorneys in my home State to tell me if I have a case. I was passed on from one to another until I finally reached an attorney who told me he could not consult with me because my Trusts ...were made in PA. That turned out to be false but the positive is, it led me to Mr. Guiliano. In fact, when I called the Bar Ass. they put me directly through to Guiliano while I was on the line. He immediately picked up. I expected another rejection, but instead he told me to send him my Trusts and Portfolios. One of the Trusts was complicated. A very labor intensive project was having to go through every month of my financial history of eight years. I expected Mr. Guiliano to tell me he could not help me afterall. But instead, he combed over all the many documents I sent him with a fine tooth comb. I had been told I had a problem of having a Hedge Fund investment albeit the information was not specific. I was very concerned my investments were not being managed according to my wishes. He found there was no problem in that area, but that there was a problem in my Trust as there was a conflict of interest. The result of his intense study showed me, my investments are ok as is and that I do not need litigation. He also pointed out, there are issues with the Trust, but that they can be handled without litigation as well. In other words, he went to a lot of time and trouble to not take my case. What I really appreciate is his work ethic. He was very kind to me not only with the generosity of his time, but with his words of support. I really did not have anyone to turn to and because of Mr. Guiliano, I am now more informed for my next steps. No civilian, like myself, wants a lawsuit but if I ever needed one, it is Mr, Guiliano who I would call upon to represent me. He is a good man.

Upstanding!

I had a problem with a dishonorable Financial Adviser! So I contacted Mr. Guiliano to see what I could do. Nick said I can't very well charge you for something you can do on your own! Then proceeded to tell me what to do. Because of the short amount of time and my untrustworthy financial adviser's no...t crossing tee's and dotting I's my life's savings is in the process of being transferred into 3 separate accounts. One's that will work best for me. Instead of one account that kept my money out of my reach! You will have a hard time finding a more upstanding Attorney then Mr. Guiliano!

"We have worked with Nick for many years. I have known him since law school and began referring all my investment fraud clients to him about 10 years ago. They love him and his work. Great results, decades of experience, great communications skills... all true but that doesn't fully capture Nick's skills. The best endorsement I can give is to say that I would recommend him to my family if they lost money to a bad stockbroker or investment fraud."
