Awful
Matt is so disorganized. There is no transparency or communication about what is going on with my case. The staff at this firm are rude, and no one knows what is going on with my case. This is not how a firm should operate.

Excellent communication
Matt was hired by a referral of a friend. Very happy with the level of communication I received and didn’t have to chase him down to get an answer to a question. He set reasonable expectations and was supportive of me going a different route for the surgeon than suggested
