This attorney accepted my family case and assured that he will fight in court if needed. He was excited that all evidence were present. Two years after, he notified me that he is still thinking, if he wants to continue with my case or not. Why is he holding case till near the statute of limitation ti...me and then "thinking" to drop it? i would hire another lawyer if he would notify earlier. I told him all this, then he emailed that he filed a lawsuit on my behalf and will send me copy. Another few months i asking him to get copy of court complaint. Nothing.

This lawyer excepted my case, never met with me, called me, I did all the work and just talked with office help. Before they accepted my case they reviewed it looked at death certificate. 3 months later no communication ever with lawyer they drop my case. Who waste all that time on someone? They obvi...ously care just about money and numbers and take you as a client tie you up and then figure out you have no case?

Len is certainly an experienced lawyer, I just wonder if his experience is worth much. Personally, I have not had a good experience working with this man, and would NOT recommend for the following reasons: 1) Disorganized: in my opinion, a lawyer needs to have all his ducks in a row. Len constantl...y forgets discussions we've had, and this to me is alarming. 2) Flaky: often we would leave conversations with a follow-up call. Only once has that follow-up happened without me following up. I understand Len is busy, but I don't think I should have to constantly follow-up. 3) Authenticity: granted, we're dealing with a lawyer, but I found myself questioning some of the things he was saying. It sounded like he had things under control, but then a few days would go by with no follow-up, and when I reached out, he would forget the things we discussed and we'd have to start from the beginning. I'm sure Len has won some cases in the past, but I would NOT recommend based on my experience.
