Kenneth Jay Grunfeld

Prior to joining Golomb Spirt Grunfeld P.C. in 2010, Attorney Kenneth Grunfeld spent many years defending pharmaceutical manufacturers, asbestos companies, corporate clients in consumer protection and insurance companies in complex legal matters while working at one of the largest defense firms in Philadelphia. Since joining the team at Golomb Spirt Grunfeld P.C., he has “switched sides.”

Bringing with him years of pre-trial, trial and appellate work experience at both state and federal levels, Mr. Grunfeld now represents consumers in class-action lawsuits against banks, credit card companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and other national corporate defendants. He also represents injured individuals in claims related to product liability, medical negligence, and auto accidents. 

In 2012, Mr. Grunfeld became at a partner at Golomb Spirt Grunfeld P.C. His impressive achievements also earned him a place on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ list in 2007, 2010, and 2011. Prior to taking up a career in the legal field, he graduated from the Villanova University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree. While attending law school, he was a member of the Villanova Law Review.
