Kelsey Lee Gaynier

Attorney Kelsey Gaynier began law school in Miami, FL after receiving her B.A in Anthropology from Haverford College. As a Florida Bar Fellow, she worked for the St. Thomas Human Rights Institute which provides free legal services to recent south Florida immigrants.

Missing the City of Philadelphia, Kelsey transferred back to Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she volunteered with the Women’s Law Project’s Domestic Violence Assistance Program and worked with the SeniorLAW Center, which provides free legal services to low-income seniors living in Philadelphia. She also interned in the Torts Litigation Department at the Attorney General’s office in New Jersey, where she helped defend the State of New Jersey against various state and federal lawsuits.

Since then, Kelsey has dedicated her entire career to helping victims of medical malpractice, personal injury and products liability cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
