I have been working in the fields of Foreclosure Defense, Consumer Protection and CIvil Litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since January, 2010. I became an attorney in November, 2011. During the past few years, I have helped hundreds of clients resolve many various legal issues, including real estate related matters, helped stay in their homes, assisted clients with consumer problems, filed and argued in front of many judges, filed and argued appeals and assisted with various other Civil Defense matters as well. I am comfortable speaking with and working with people from all walks of life; be they Fortune 500 CEOs or a blue collar worker who has found himself in an unfortunate current situation. I will always work with the client to make sure we do get all work done as carefully and efficiently as possible.

Very friendly and professional!
I have been working with Mr. Thomas for a few months, and he already got amazing progress for me! I fell behind on my mortgage and then got a certified complaint. I told Mr. Thomas, he got right on the case for me, and made the bank work with me! I couldn't be happier with what he did for me!

Greatest help ever!
I could not be happier to work with Mr. Thomas. He always answered my calls and texted back even on Sundays! He helped me with saving my house, and was there for me every time we had to go to court. He was kind, professional and smart he really went to bat for me. I am very happy he was able to help ...

The worst
Had fees from mortgage company that they kept snowballing that we hired him to straighten out. Collected monthly fees and actually made our situation way worse by getting us into a foreclosure over fees not missed payments. Ruined our credit and after over $5000 in fees didn't even show up for court ...
I am unclear if this is a straight out fabrication or a response from the old firm I left years ago, because this is not even CLOSE to any clients I have now, and is completely inaccurate. First, I've never been hired to "straighten out fees". Second, I've never had a client "get into foreclosure" while my client. Third, there was never a case I tried to withdraw from the case or failed to show up for nor would I do so by submitting a letter to the judge, which is entirely improper and something I've never done in any way. Finally, the reason I know this is fabricated (or years later for the old firm I used to work for and left) is that my firm has never had turn over since I have started on my own. I feel bad if this actually happened to someone, but none of the statements in this review come even remotely close to a client I've ever had. This is likely merely a hit piece that has nothing to do with my firm or me.

Strings you along
I hired this attorney for foreclosure defense and basically just collected my money each month and let my case go down the drain. Matters that were supposed to be contested he never even responded to. Eventually his inaction caused me to have to declare bankruptcy at which point he wanted more money ...
This was for my old firm. I will not attack my prior firm, but I can say for a fact that I handle clients much differently now that I have broken off to be on my own.

Don't Reccomend
I hired this attorney and he did a poor job. My case proceeded to foreclosure I was told by another lawyer because he failed to present an adequate legal defense.
When I am hired, I make sure to find out what my client's goals are, and work as hard as possible for every client I work with to present the best arguments possible for each client, including aggressively attacking the banks when possible. I have often been told many times that my arguments are extremely extensive and that we went overboard, but never that "an adequate legal defense" was not presented. The sad fact is, not every case can be won, no matter how hard I try to fight along with my clients. At the end of the day, I try to fight every possible way I can within the legal tools we have, and that's what I do every time. Merely because a case lost, doesn't mean it was not fought as hard as possible. I make sure to do everything I possibly can for every client and will also work as hard as possible for them. While I am saddened this case lost, given that I do not even know who this "anonymous client" is, I cannot say their case lost, but I am positive, it was not for lack of an adequate legal defense.
"I know Mr. Thomas as a good lawyer who cares about his clients and works very hard to help them with foreclosure defense and also into a fresh start with bankruptcy. I recommend this lawyer."
