I previously I an auto accident and immediately thought of Rosenbaum after spending 2+ years in litigation my case was finally settled. After reading several present and formal clients testimonials I see that the majority had great experiences. I was not so lucky. Getting in contact with my attorney .../ paralegal wad like pulling teeth. Never returned calls promptly and basically ignored all emails. I realized that because my case wasnt going to guarantee a LARGE pay off they could truly care less about me. I would never in my life use this firm again and would never recommend them to anyone either.

They are by far NO "injury" lawyers! I had a trip and fall case that was basically , an open and shut easy case with an extremely horrible prognosis that they failed to investigate. My case was elongated for 3 years that warranted job probation from call outs for "their" doctor appointments that were... "mandated" and last minute. After following everything they told me to do and thousands of dollars out of pocket, they bailed going to court because they were "not prepared" for a defense that was being called. Really? I hadn't had insurance during the time of the case and have been getting treatment since the case settled in April. DO NOT proceed with THIS firm if you DO NOT have insurance! You WILL slip through the cracks. I went to my doctor I was seeing for 3 years and they told me, I had an 1100.00 balance. I stated, the case settled and they took the payment out. Rosenbaum failed to tell me, after the 2 year statue, that I was no longer LOP ( letter of protection) I am now , paying my doctor this money back. I have been getting tests and procedures done with my insurance now and the findings are absolutely devastating! I have an amazing career , which , I'm fearful I may lose. I have already adjusted my accordingly to the debilitation of the symptoms that occurred and they ignored. I tried to call and talk to someone and they told me, "your case is closed!" JUST a number! Beware! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I'm a typical South Philly guy who never wins....ANYTHING....BUT with Rosenbaum in my corner it made winning easy. It was almost like they were fighting for a member of their family. I felt like their little cousin cause it was as if they took it personally wanting to win as much as I did; caring abo...ut me through out, keeping me updated on the case letting me know what was done and what was going to happen. I never had anything to fear or not know what was to come; Rosenbaum and his trusted associates with whom I had the pleasure of working with, Ann Burkin my para legal and Nicole Vitale my personal attorney...they had my back at all times...I corroperated with them and they more then did right by me, whether deposition or meeting with the arbitrators they showed up guns loaded ready to defend me and I felt extremely confident with them by my side. Bottom line, this law firm is the most professional,does the most for their clients, and is definitely the best the Philadelphia area has to offer, maybe the whole tri state area....if you want the best then Jeffrey Rosenbaum and his team are the ones you need to call....
