The best Attorney ever!!!!

This attorney was wonderful. Straight forward. Cost efficient and kept me informed. I had a landlord tenant matter that required aggressive action on my part. Mr. Cushing knew exactly what to do. I also referred my son to him for his divorce. He is an excellent Family Law lawyer as well.

Peace of Mind

Mr. Cushing was in with a client so I spoke to Faye Riva Cohen, Esquire. I was calling on behalf of my sister that was in need of immediate answers regarding an emergency situation with her landlord that lives on the property. Ms. Cohen took my call and answered my questions in which she gave me pi...ece of mind on behalf of my sister. I believe Ms. Cohen is the answer to my sisters landlord issues and I have highly recommended my sister to retain Ms. Cohen. Thank you so much for taking my call right away. I am a legal assistant and know it is not always easy to get an attorney to answer a call when you are in need of immediate answers. I cannot thank Ms. Cohen enough!!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
