H. David Seidman

Mr. Seidman litigates business disputes in state and federal court. He represents corporations and individuals in matters involving contract disputes, general business torts, real estate and construction claims, telecommunications claims, unfair competition actions, and business divorces.

He also represents entities at all levels of the construction and real estate industry, ranging from suppliers and vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, owners, and lenders. The claims include contract claims, warranty, delay and inefficiency claims, mechanic’s lien actions, zoning disputes, easement disputes, condemnation actions, and other general real estate related claims.

He also counsels clients on all aspects of risk management, including identifying and assessing risks to avoid litigation.

During his twenty-plus year legal practice, Mr. Seidman has served as lead counsel on numerous high-profile, multimillion-dollar disputes, including those reported in the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Legal Intelligencer. He is recognized by his peers as a go-to-lawyer for complex, high-stakes matters. Recently, he led a litigation team in an injunction action involving a $96 million dollar land dispute in federal court.
