Biography
Mr. Tobolsky focuses on commercial real estate, tax assessment appeals, and business and commercial transactions. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1987, and received his B.A. (summa cum laude) from Rutgers University in 1984. Before starting his Firm, Mr. Tobolsky worked with the real estate department of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen in Philadelphia. He also served as General Counsel to the Commerce Group, a real estate developer.
