Last year as I was entering the final year of fellowship, I was exploring options for hardship waiver. I am a physician from Pakistan. Douglas Carman was recommended to me by one of my colleagues for hardship waiver. He was among the four lawyers that were recommended to me by various colleagues who ...had gone through the process.
