David Eric Sternberg

David Sternberg, Esquire is a partner with the law firm of Wapner, Newman, Wigrizer Brecher & Miller, where he has been working during the last 33 years. His practice is devoted to helping injured victims of motor vehicle accidents, negligent security, product malfunctions, trip/slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse. He also has represented victims of financial losses ranging from stock fraud and inappropriate financial advice.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia vicinity, he graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law in 1983.

He is a proud member of the American and Pennsylvania Associations for Justice and the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associates. He has lectured to numerous organizations on a variety of personal injury topics and has appeared on TV and radio. Mr. Sternberg is an active participant in a many charitable and community organizations relating to his passions - helping children and sports.
