I simply cannot say enough About Attorney Sherman. I first met him almost 30 years ago, when I needed legal help after an injury at a gym. Without hesitation, he took the case, not in a way in which he was just taking a case for his own benefit, but he truly wanted to help me, and he did! He never... promised me that he could do anything extraordinary, and he warned me of potential difficulties. What I witnessed from him, though, was nothing short of miraculous! Attorney Sherman not only assisted me, beyond my wildest dreams, back then but, having needed his assistance even recently, I can say that he has not changed! David took on a case where we were convinced we were right but everybody told us the odds were low to get anything. It was significant damage from a storm to our house that came about because of a neighbor's negligence. David tirelessly fought the case for 3 years, long after we had given up on get...ting anything. I had the privilege to watch him in action in deposition. His ability to hone in on the critical details and drive them home so the defendant all but explicitly acknowledged he was right was unbelievable, it was like watching a movie. Finally, he was able to settle pre trial for 60% of what we were asking for which was unbelievably impressive.
