David K. Lehman

Mr. Lehman doesn’t return telephone calls or emails. Seems to make things up. He took over a case without telling me he was my attorney. Never told me about an up coming hearing on the case. Then drops the case without ever getting in touch with me. The next day calls me wanting to represent me in a... case caused by the first. I paid him for the second case, but if the first case was heard, anyone could have won it. I will be reporting Mr. Lehman and you must know he is dangerous to retain. He is that bad.

He is going to lose his license very soon. Professional misconduct, malpractice and manipulating client funds in the firm' IOLTA account to name a few. The PA Disciplinary Board will be reaching out to speak to him very soon due to the issues he has made his clients go through. He is history and soon... !!

This attorney royaly screwed me over. He failed to notify me of a hearing in which he claimed he didn't get notice to, yet he filed an intent to defend. I'm currently spending thousands to clean up the mess he has created and will be suing him when this first matter is dealt with. I will also report ...him to the bar.
