Two year no justice in a spousal support case The person that I'm trying to get spousal support from is blantly defiant in contempt of court being bounced around family court My back arrears we reduced around five thousand dollars little to no money being paid on the spousal support card no other leg...al action has been taken no jail license suspended no confiscated asset Just taking my money can't get any answer excuses of why no reply when I ask a question

Mr. Lehman doesn’t return telephone calls or emails. Seems to make things up. He took over a case without telling me he was my attorney. Never told me about an up coming hearing on the case. Then drops the case without ever getting in touch with me. The next day calls me wanting to represent me in a... case caused by the first. I paid him for the second case, but if the first case was heard, anyone could have won it. I will be reporting Mr. Lehman and you must know he is dangerous to retain. He is that bad.

I’m not sure why everyone has so many bad things to say about Mr. Lehman. He helped me through many legal troubles that other big shot Attorney’s wanted to charge me and arm and a leg for. I have used him as my personal attorney for the past 7 years and he has done wonders for me. I would recomme...nd him to my friends and family without any hesitation. I think most of the people that have posted are upset because the housing market crashed and there is only so much anyone can do. As I just said he is a great Attorney!!!!!!! I will continue to use and recommend him!!!!!

David took money for a criminal case and civil case upfront. He promised the world but delivered nothing but grief. Jail was the only option. We lost the money given to David and all of our worldly possessions. He lied about filing motions and always has personal excuses . He usually uses the power o...f time to make matters disappear due to client unhappiness and inability to fight the strategy of deceiving clients. Basically he makes up lies so that so much time goes by that you get disinterested. Plus he tries to cover himself and makes everything out to be friendly.

This attorney royaly screwed me over. He failed to notify me of a hearing in which he claimed he didn't get notice to, yet he filed an intent to defend. I'm currently spending thousands to clean up the mess he has created and will be suing him when this first matter is dealt with. I will also report ...him to the bar.
