David M Koller

I can not go into detail about my case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of time it would take and I might not be happy with the end result. When I met with Mr.... Koller he told me that the case was in fact very complicated but he was up to the challenge .He understood my situation, and formulated a plan that was both logical and effective. I first met Mr. Koller and his staff (Erin and John Krawczyk) in December of 2010 in regards to false information on a background check that costed me various jobs. We worked on various cases together in regards to this matter. Because my case became newsworthy, I was invited to speak in regards to the "ban the box" law that allowed convicted citizens to apply for work without discrimination. I also was invited to speak in front of Pennsylvania congress in regards to ways to safeguard background checks by third parties. Mr. Koller supported my efforts by accompanying me to City Hall and also helped me prepare for my speech for PA Congress. The Koller law firm needs to take an course on ethics.Tried to pressure me to settle my Federal discrimination lawsuit against my former employer for a pittance.When I would not acquiesce to their demand I was summarily dumped as a client as they submitted a withdrawal document to the Courts and I in... turn had to submit a pro se . All during the discovery process of my lawsuit against my former employer. Through good fortune I was able to find another firm through perseverance after such short notice willing to pick up the pieces of your home town lawyer.Which had thrown my lawsuit into a state of disarray due to time constraints. They the Koller firm in turn had the impudence to contact my new attorney to discuss fees which can be substantiated in fact the Koller firm forfeited by breaching their contract with respect of representation on my behalf which can also be substantiated thru our contracted agreement. Did not return my calls or emails which also can be proven.
