Ashley Eve Shapiro

In late May 2022, I was issued numerous motor vehicle summonses in the borough of Stratford NJ. Some of the offenses carried a mandatory suspension of driving privileges of ninety (90) days. I consulted and subsequently retained Ms. Shapiro and immediately felt confident after my initial consultation... in which she explained that the State would have a difficult time proving the case beyond a reasonable doubt. After approximately an hour of discussing the circumstances of the traffic stop with the Municipal Prosecutor all the summonses were dismissed. Ms. Shapiro was a true professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

She was honest about potential outcomes while still committed to pursuing a best case scenario for me. My case came with some complications... due to a breathalyzer refusal, but Ms. Shapiro developed a strategy to work around that and was meticulous in gathering materials to pursue this strategy. She was always quick to respond to a call or text to calm me down or inform me of any development. In the end, she got me a result that was even better than I could have hoped for. Worth every dime. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in a similar situation or for any criminal matter.
