Ashley Eve Shapiro

From my very first interaction with Ms. Shapiro it was evident that she was an exceptional attorney. She showed, compassion, thoughtfulness and patiently and clearly explained exactly what she thought our options would be. Throughout the whole process, her kindness, patience, dedication, diligence an...d creative thinking were truly invaluable in getting us to a resolution that was more than anything we could have hoped for. In late May 2022, I was issued numerous motor vehicle summonses in the borough of Stratford NJ. Some of the offenses carried a mandatory suspension of driving privileges of ninety (90) days. I consulted and subsequently retained Ms. Shapiro and immediately felt confident after my initial consultation... in which she explained that the State would have a difficult time proving the case beyond a reasonable doubt. After approximately an hour of discussing the circumstances of the traffic stop with the Municipal Prosecutor all the summonses were dismissed. Quick summary, I was at the beach and received with a serious charge of "unlawful taking by conveyance," that could have long term negative implications. Despite my anger of the frivolous charge and general human rights violation via unwarranted fining for profit for the beach towns, I had to resol...ve the matter.
