Attorney Andrew R. Spirt first joined the team at Golomb Spirt Grunfeld P.C. more than ten years ago. In January of 2013, he was named a partner at the firm. Bringing more than 15 years of experience to his practice, Mr. Spirt specializes in a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation matters—more specifically, cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and premises liability.

 

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Spirt has recovered substantial settlements and jury verdicts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where he is licensed to practice law. He is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Spirt graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1994.

Andy Spirt was very helpful when I went through a horrible situation involving Lasik surgery. Andy was straight forward and always explained detailed items/case notes in a way that made me understand them better. David Rosenfeld also was a great member of the team that always kept me informed and worked with me through the case findings process/deposition. I recommend both Andy and David highly. I'll always be appreciative for their work during a complicated time in my life.
