Will Weiss Saved My Life — And I Don’t Say That Lightly

There are moments in life when the person standing beside you can change the entire trajectory of your future. For me, that person was Will Weiss. I came to Will facing the most serious and frightening allegations of my life. I was charged with both a felony and a misdemeanor. The consequences ext...ended far beyond a courtroom. My freedom, my career and business, my reputation, and—most importantly—my ability to remain a father and be present in my children’s lives were all at stake. I maintained from the beginning that the allegations against me were false. But when you find yourself inside the criminal justice system, believing in your innocence and successfully navigating that system are two very different things. You need an attorney who understands the law, understands strategy, and understands exactly what is at stake for the human being sitting beside him. Will is that attorney. At the very first hearing, Will successfully argued the felony charge should not stand. That charge was withdrawn in a manner that prevented it from being brought back. It was an enormous victory and the first moment in a very long time when I felt that my future might still be intact. The misdemeanor remained, and Will continued fighting and negotiating. Ultimately, he was able to secure a plea resolution that protected the things that mattered most to me: the opportunity to remain a father, continue my career, preserve the business I spent years building, and move forward with my life. But simply describing Will as an excellent criminal defense attorney does not adequately explain what makes him exceptional. Will Weiss is also an extraordinary human being. Before Will, I had another attorney representing me in this case. Communication was limited, and I often felt as though I was waiting for things to happen rather than having someone proactively managing what was happening to me. The difference after hiring Will was remarkable. Will communicated. He prepared. He strategized. He answered my text messages throughout the day and, on many occasions, long after normal business hours. When something needed attention, he addressed it. When I needed an explanation, he gave me one. And during some of the most emotionally difficult moments of my life, he understood that his client was not simply a case number or a file sitting on his desk. My professional circumstances also made my case unusually complicated. The potential consequences reached into several different areas of law and could have affected my livelihood in ways that went far beyond the criminal charges themselves. Will willingly coordinated with three separate attorneys from different legal disciplines to make sure decisions in the criminal case did not unnecessarily jeopardize other areas of my life. There was no ego and no territorial behavior—just professionals working together toward the best possible outcome for their client. That tells you a great deal about the kind of attorney Will is. I was fortunate to find him through longtime family friends who have owned a prominent law firm in my area for more than 30 years. They knew the legal community, they understood what was at stake, and they pointed me toward Will. Looking back, that referral may have been one of the most consequential introductions of my life. Without the right attorney, my story could have ended very differently. I could have lost my freedom. I could have lost the career and business I spent years building. And I could have suffered consequences that permanently changed my relationship with my family. Instead, I still have a future. Will became more than the attorney defending me. He became someone I trusted during one of the darkest chapters of my life, and ultimately someone I consider a friend. Will Weiss helped save my career. He helped preserve my family and my future. And, in a very real sense Will Weiss-saved my life. I will never forget what he did for me.

(Success Team)

Mr. Weiss is an amazing and honest attorney, he diligently handled my case with his full attention. He sought the best routes to take with my situation in the best possible manner and got me results that other attorneys that I had prior couldn’t. He tailored his defense around me and my case for the ...best opportune outcome and succeeded beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate all of his time and efforts throughout this tough time I was going through. I will always choose Will without a shadow of a doubt. He is the go to man for all criminally legal matters. I truly appreciate him and his team for successfully dismissing my case.

Best Lawyer I’ve Ever Hired

Had a case of more or less illegal hunting, had a probation retainer. Will was incredibly helpful, if it wasn’t for him I’m not sure what I would have done. He came and saw me at the jail, argued for me in court the entire way, and was able to not only get me back home, but also was extremely respons...ive the entire way. Any questions I had he answered, and was very quick to reply. Will is the kind of lawyer that will go out of his way for his clients, and give you the best possible outcome for your case. He’s also a very nice, professional, and very personable. I’ve never had an experience with any attorney like that before. Any case you have, this is the lawyer to call. I’ll never use another attorney again, he’s worth every penny, and I’ve never had a better experience with any other attorney I’ve had to hire. If you want your due process respected, and your rights to be enforced, Will is the way the to. Absolutely 5/5 stars.

Not like the best he actually puts up the strongest fight

OK, let’s start this out. He took on a pro bono case with me originally and I could tell from the case he was hungry. He was never satisfied with just an easy verdict. He actually puts up a great fight. And when he heard my story and seen the stuff that I was going through, it must’ve struck at a p...ersonal level because this man does not do custody or will he but father, to father he must’ve put himself in my shoes and realized could be him or any other so he did what he thought was right went above and beyond literally took the case on for pennies, not saying that he’s cheap or expensive just saying he charged me less for the whole case when other attorneys have charged me for couple hours hours he got angry at how they were treating me and what my child had to go threw . He put up the best fight for my custody on something that’s not even his area and he did better than some of the most top paid lawyers that I’ve ever had. After that when I hired him for cases and noticed judges weir not following the law in the courts he’s offered to take to the next level for free because he fights for what’s right he’s not always worried about just the money. He’s one of the only good ones I found he recommended other lawyers for certain things for me and I refuse because a lot of times they just take your money and Don’t care but that’s not will Weiss he’s out there to prove he’s different and he has this energy to him that you can tell. He’s not blowing smoke at you. He’s just showing you straight results and he’s honest upfront. He don’t promise you all these things are going to happen. he tells you to negative things that could happen He always delivers way more than he anticipate you for but I’ve had so many lawyers lied to me and tell me they’re gonna give me the world and not even put 2% of their energy in the case if you’re debating hiring him and your freedom is on the line there’s no one I will trust with my freedom to the best of my knowledge I believe he is criminal case lawyer, but I have to hire him for everything even when he tells me his presence is not needed on something so simple but every time he gets stuff done that’s impossible. Seems like a magician. But if you’re debating who you’re gonna hire, you’re risking your freedom if you pick anyone else a lot of lawyers are scared that they’re gonna get black ball which basically means anytime they go in the court. The judge will just be biased against them and not take their side because they stood up for what’s right he doesn’t care. I’ve seen him yell at the judge belittle the DA. And make my child’s mother trip up and admit that she lied in the first place under oath. Today he just went to traffic court for me. Nothing you can do for that and he told me that up front from the beginning, but the judge treated me so much respect this time not the way I was treated before having him there more than half fines weir eliminated he gave me an opportunities to show that I’m really not a bad guy it’s just employees people give me parking tickets and I have lots of registered vehicles out there so before me doing all this, but he give you a voice and you’re finally heard without putting your foot in your mouth, but to sum it up if you’re thinking about hiring, don’t go anywhere else you’re gonna regret it .you’ll never look for another Attorney day in your life
