There are moments in life when the person standing beside you can change the entire trajectory of your future. For me, that person was Will Weiss. I came to Will facing the most serious and frightening allegations of my life. I was charged with both a felony and a misdemeanor. The consequences ext...ended far beyond a courtroom. My freedom, my career and business, my reputation, and—most importantly—my ability to remain a father and be present in my children’s lives were all at stake. I maintained from the beginning that the allegations against me were false. But when you find yourself inside the criminal justice system, believing in your innocence and successfully navigating that system are two very different things.
