I contacted Bensley Law Offices in May of 2019 regarding an issue with a dealership my husband and I encountered. I was given his name by a family member who has used him previously and he came HIGHLY recommend!!! After speaking with him he accepted my case. I returned all signed forms and sent over ...all the information that was requested of me. At first I’d get updates, then I would reach out and he would call me back. The LAST time I have heard anything from him is September 13, 2019!!!!! How do I know? Because I still have the voicemail on my phone!!! None of my contact information has changed!!!! I have contacted the office and sent emails countless times without any acknowledgment back! I have no clue what the issue is, what happened or where my case stands??? Obviously nowhere since there has not been any communication.... I have never encountered such an UNPROFESSIONAL person in my life. I feel like my husband and I were simply left in the dust without any type of explanation or cause. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND “Mr. Bensley” & his law firm to anyone!!!!! - JASMINE LEWIS NISSAN MAXIUM - remember me?? ***UPDATED MAY 18, 2021*** After the above review I was contacted the same day by Mr. Bensley himself. He & I spoke at length regarding the issues that led to my initial review of their services. Apparently there was miscommunication between colleagues in the office on who was handling my case. Since then Mr. Bensley & his colleague made certain that I was informed & aware of anything going on regarding my case. They kept me in the loop & communication was MUCH BETTER & PROFESSIONAL between us all. Although I am saddened that it took a review to get their attention, I appreciate them making certain they would get it right & they did just that. They proved themselves to me which I appreciate & in the event that someone or myself ever needed such assistance again I’d definitely refer them & go back to myself! To the firm- please know I appreciate everything you all have done. After coming highly referred by someone I know personally, you all definitely proved that to be true & I’ll forever be grateful. If you’re looking for an attorney that will do right by you, look no further, it’s as simple as that. Bill handled a repossession case against VW financial for my father and myself in 2010 and for the last 11 years I’ve sent him referrals (and legal questions!) based on what a great job he did. ... Bill is super responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and just an all around nice person. Rare find, seriously!

Bill is absolutely amazing and I would hire again and again for any of my needs. While the legal process is always lengthy, he keeps you updated every step of the way. He was by my side the whole time and settled my case in a very fair amount of time. DO NOT HESITATE to hire Bill for your legal matte...rs!

Mr. Bensley is a champion of the people and the best consumer advocate that I have ever met. He worked tirelessly for the better part of 5 years. They attempted to bully us with 5 attorneys and many attempted delays. He always took their petty moves in stride. He updated me through each step and was ...nearly always available (even if at his daughter's soccer games). No doubt that without Bill, I would still be upset. He is above reproach and a man of his word. Words cannot express my admiration for his ethic. Thanks for all your help!
