There is no charge for grand larceny in PA. It may be a theft charge it has up to 7 years in jail. Need more info to know what type of sentence is...

You may be eligible for ARD a first time offender program. If you get found not guilty the case is dismissed.

Hard to say but if a person is subpoenaed they must show or risk further action by the court.
