A PFA in PA is only three years it would be over by now.

No facts with this question. A prelim is where the DA has to show a crime occurred and your the who most likely committed it

If a property is jointly owned can one owner sell their half to someone esle without the other one consenting

Yes any good lawyer would meet with you. It is your file and you have a right to it.
