How likely is it that the judge will just agree with the masters recommendations and if i had a lawyer would it even matter

She is not to take the child out of state without your consent. You can go to family court right away and get an emergency hearing.

A deed transfer is the best solution. Assuming your husband agrees then that would be the way to go.

My father paid someone 500,000 bail with the 10% = 50,000 cash to the Philadelphia Court. Can he revoke the bail?

Possibly a long time. Every is different. It would depend on the Judge and the probation officer. I will say with three techs he should be speaking...

I think you should speak to an attorney instead of an Adjustor they do not have your best interests at all
