The key to start with is ask your local township office and ask them if you need a business license. Pa does not require one.

You are not allowed to be assaulted like that. You have a claim against your employer. Speak to an attorney.

You may have a criminal issue but I agree with other counsel see Legal Aid or Public Defender. Good luck.

If there is an attorney then questions should go to them. If the client wants to pursue a new attorney then that would be their choice.
