Seems amicable only Judge agreement is enforceable. I would suggest you have a lawyer draft the agreement it would be safer

Dpw is very slow in processing lien information. I would give it some more time and then call your lawyer

Yes it stinks sometimes those are the rules. The only thing I can say is if you suspect something speak to a lawyer. How do even this was malpractice.

That's rough. You need to have your family speak to a lawyer and have them help you do that. It is fairly straightforward for an experienced lawyer.

It is the best defense to cause confusion sometimes but no the DA won't care who your lawyer is.
