I am assuming he has to stay away from you. It is an important event I would ask the court for special permission to both go.
A couple is buying a property as tenants in common. The allocation will be 90%/10%. How is the new deed written and conveyed?

If it is on your driveway I do not see how it can be towed. It is not on a roadway.

Well he will likely have a bench warrant for not going to court. Hire a good lawyer to negotiate the situation.
What can I do about this? They say its a right of way should I be able to find anything about this on my deed or theirs
