I think a pardon would be a much better long term move
I have an investment home in Pa.that is in foreclosure, I live in NJ.Can they put a lien on my home in NJ that I own with a sib?

There are ways to prevent the lien but yes if you don't you may lose your interest in your other house.

He's done well. He will likely have a parole detainer lodged and he may have new case so he needs help

In delaware county guns are very serious. Biggest thing would be a motion to suppress that the police lacked reasonable suspicion or probable cause...

Yes this is done all the time. A motion gets filed and then a hearing gets set up.
