Mr. Harrity is great! He was recommended to me by my parents attorney. When I met Mr Harrity I met him at his office down town Philadelphia. I brought my court papers, explained my situation. At the time, I was pregnant, and only had a part time job. He was very happy to come to an agreeable... binder amount that I could afford. After signing him to represent me, about 1.5 years went by when we received notification of the case finally going to be heard. He called me right away and let me know as soon as he found out. He had me come In to make me feel comfortable with what possible things could be asked of me, what arguments he was going to make, pointing out any flaws of the case that the other party had that would work in my favor. He was very precise in explaining everything to me in terms I was able to understand. we won in my favor the first time but then was appealed by State Farm. We had court again this time to be heard by a judge. The other party was not prepared and was not able to continue. Mr Harrity was quick to move for motion to dismiss and that was it! Overall I would absolutely recommend and hire Mr Harrity again. His communication is rated a 5/5 via emails and phone calls. When I would Inquire about any status updates during the 1.5 year stretch, he was quick to answer me back right away. His quality is rated a 5/5. Not only did he have a great defense prepared, but he picked through every single flaw in the case that was to work in my advantage.
