I hired Mr. Patrizio to represent me in a PCRA and a appeal to the Superior court if this matter was denied in lower court, after months of foot shuffling the lower court denied its. Mr. Patrizio took the proper steps of filing an notice of appeals but failed to file a brief on my behalf resulting in... my appeal being dismissed "forever" see for yourself Comm vs Kareem Gibson philacourts.gov. when I confronted Mr. Patrizio with this issue and requested a full refund of my $10,000 he became upset with "ME" and refused to refund my money but did offer me $2500 which I refused. After a few years of legal wrangling all going his way due to him 1. being a lawyer 2.hiring a lawyer and fighting me tooth and nails he walk away with $10,000 he didn't earn good job. Save your money I learned a lesson for all of us.
