Robert Jon Garnick

I was recommended to Rob Garnick by an "associate" right after my February 2020 auto accident. for nearly two years Rob Garnick did nothing but sit on my case he failed to obtain crucial evidence (The Video) of my accident, after I told him several times verbally and in writing to contact the establi...shment, about 30 days prior to the statute of limitation running out I contacted Rob and reminded him of this date which he was clueless of. Everything was I'll call you back or text me. One day I called the office and left a message with the receptionists for the paralegal, she never gave her the message so when I called back 2 hours later the paralegal was now answering the phones, when I informed her of the lack of communication, she snapped on me and hung up. This office is so unprofessional it's amazing he's still a lawyer in Pennsylvania, but then again PA Disciplinary board is a joke, so I understand. I finally sent Rob a termination of representation letter on January 20, 2022. He had the audacity to reply and say he doesn't know where all of this is coming from (remember the 2-year statute of limitation) well he clearly did not as you can see. Once I got my file from Rob there was an offer from the insurance Co. on the table that he failed to tell me about, even though I would have rejected it he has a due diligence to relay that offer to me. I'm warning you stay away from this lawyer.
