Honestly, if I could give Rebecca 100 stars, I would. I was going through a child custody matter with my ex and had a lawyer that I was going to retain. For weeks, I could not get in touch with this lawyer. The week before I was supposed to appear I started looking for and contacting alternate la...wyers on Google and using the Avvo app. Fortunately for me, Mrs. Kolsky responded to my call. My ex was (and is) a very spiteful woman and would not allow me to spend more than the 2 days a month I was awarded by the court a year prior with my daughter. With only 4 days to plan and strategize, I was able to achieve what I had been dreaming of for almost a year. We were able to get extended weekends, holidays, a day each week during the week, and vacation time. We are slated to go back to court later this year for even more time. At one time I thought the court system was slanted towards women. I say this because my ex thoroughly manipulated the court system and tried her hardest to prevent me from having an equal relationship with my daughter for over a year. With Mrs. Kolsky's help, I was proven otherwise. Fathers wanting to make a difference in their children's lives have a chance with the right representation. Hiring Mrs. Kolsky was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I would definitely recommend her because she is by far the best lawyers I have ever encountered. She is beyond professional and one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. If you are lucky enough, my advice to you is this.. you really need to retain her.

My ex and I had nothing to fight over... Very little debt, a modest house, and our sons - for whom he was not fighting. Still, he dragged our divorce out for over a year. Rebecca did most of the work, as my ex's attorney eventually got frustrated and started slacking. She knows the law inside and out..., is a great negotiator, got me everything I deserved, and helped me through this difficult journey with humor and practicality. She had an answer for everything, and she advised me based not only on what I wanted short-term but how these things would play out in the years to come. My ex was mentally abusive and a bully, so she had to construct everything around what he might try to do later, once the lawyers were done. She did an excellent job down to the last detail!
