Nicole Vitale

Nicole Vitale is an associate at the Pearce Law Firm, P.C..  She has been selected to Pennsylvania Rising Stars for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 an award given only to 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Pennsylvania who are under age 40 and have been practicing for ten years or less.  Ms. Vitale has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide variety of personal injury matters including; motor vehicle accidents; premises liability actions; medical malpractice; nursing home litigation; a variety of discrimination matters related to sex, gender, age, and race claims; as well as a variety of other employment matters.  

            Prior to joining The Pearce Law Firm, Ms. Vitale had substantial experience working vigorously on behalf of Plaintiffs.  She worked for a high-volume Plaintiffs’ litigation firm, handling a large caseload of a variety of personal injury matters in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She also represented  Plaintiffs in Lemon Law, Magnuson Moss Breach of Warranty Claims, and products liability claims.  However, she chose to leave a high-volume setting in favor of providing her clients with very personalized, one on one, attention, which is the practice of The Pearce Law Firm.

            In addition to her experience on behalf of Plaintiffs, Ms. Vitale has worked on behalf of Defendants in both the corporate defense and in-house counsel settings for insurance companies.  Her experience on both sides of the table gives Ms, Vitale an edge, as she can provide a well balanced evaluation of each claim and is able to maximize settlement values, as she is aware of the “tricks of the trade.” While she has substantial success in resolving claims prior to trial, she is always preparing to take a matter to trial and has successfully tried more than 75 matters to verdict throughout a variety of jurisdictions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

            Ms. Vitale received her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007.  She also traveled to London for study, where she received a certification from the world-renowned University of Oxford.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
