I hate that I’m writing this but I feel like people should know before choosing Kris as your legal representation as I wish I knew. Kris is a good lawyer if you have a straight forward case. He did nothing special for us except provide inaccurate advice and submit paperwork that I could’ve done mysel...f. My husband had a UK Police Caution on his record which was disclosed throughout the entire process. Instead of doing any legal research on this, Kris proceeded to tell us that things would be fine as they were until he advised us to go to the final green card interview alone because he had another appointment the same day. Instead of doing what a good lawyer would do and reschedule, he said we would be fine and ultimately the decision was denied because of Kris’s lack of support for the Police caution. When we received this shocking outcome, Kris’s response to the situation was basically “well there’s nothing I can do” because he did not have the legal knowledge to Appeal the decision as we have found in our new representation. My new lawyer was shocked that Kris did not submit any supporting evidence to help my husband’s case and treated it like a basic green card application when he knew the entire time about our situation. We are now facing possible deportation proceedings and had to spend a significant amount of money hiring another lawyer who actually knows are the law and is trying everything in her power to get my husband to stay in the US permenantly and legally. My husband's Grandmother passed away and he couldn’t even leave the country to go to the funeral in fear he will not be allowed back in. Kris is a good guy but unfortunately has caused many issues for us that will never be taken back due to his lack of follow through and legal knowledge on complicated cases. I wish I would’ve known prior to choosing him so I hope this review finds anyone well who is thinking of choosing him to represent a complicated case.

We had Kris represented us at my husband and I interview for my green card. Prior to the interview, Kris sat down and went over our information and make sure we are prepared for our interview. If we weren't, then he would have us to come back again. I was constantly stress out about the paperwork pro...gress and the interview, but Kris always very calm and that really help me staying calm and know that I have a knowledgable lawyer that will help me if I have any question. We highly recommend Kris, and we definitely will come back to him again once I need my green card renew.
