Words could never express that gratitude, gratefulness I have for Greg and his entire staff. My world changed April 2019. While working distributing Mental Health resources in the Kensington area for my past Employer. I had a very nasty fall . I had broken my shoulder in half and both ankles. My empl...oyer denied I worked for them and tossed me to the wolves. A close friend recommended me to Greg. I called Greg I tried to tell him my horrific story because I was so out of it he immediately came to my hospital bed. We briefly spoke and from that day I was protected, cared for and reassured I will not be alone fighting to regain my life back. I laid in the hospital almost 4 weeks and then in a nursing home for about 4 weeks. I was depressed, devastated, hopeless, helpless and felt abandoned. Greg and his office contacted me practically everyday to see if I was ok, did I need anything. One day Greg came to the hospital with a deep concern on his face. I knew he did not want to tell me but his duty he had to. He stated “Adrian I have bad news, your employer said you was not working for them you was volunteering”. I looked at Greg with disbelief. I cried to Greg and said I have a timesheet and a paycheck. Greg asked me if I could provide the documents. I said yes. I contacted another friend/peer who was assisting me. She stated “I will get everything you need Adrian”. My Angel stated “ I had taken pictures of the location where you fell, I downloaded your work information.” I looked at her with tears and thanked her. RIP my Angel she passed in 2020. I will never forget her. I immediately contacted Greg and I provided the documentation to Greg. Greg and staff did their diligence and provided the courts with all of my proof. I was uncertain how was I going to pay my mortgage, my medical bills, who was going to take care of me and my cat. (Aiden). I was distraught it was difficult without medical coverage, not walking, not able to bathe myself or feed myself and to hear I was not covered my employer. After being discharged home I just laid around until his staff called and said you will be receiving a bi weekly check to help with maintaining your bills while you are disabled and your medical bills is covered also. I cried and screamed thank you lord. My Life became a little brighter and the dark cloud was slowly removing itself. After going back and forth fighting with my past employer we finally won. Greg stated “Adrian it’s over and you will be covered and your life may never be the same before the incident but now you can move forward and make you a better life.” I hugged Greg and thanked him and his adorable, compassionate, caring staff. I will never forget Greg and his staff and I would highly recommend him to represent you. Never feel like you can not fight for your rights if you are injured at your job. The one thing Greg was educated me with the on entire process with books for you to read, real testimonials and if you have any questions he and his staff is there for you 24/7.. I cannot say enough good words about Greg. He is the most aggressively passionate lawyer who will get you helped. Having no experience with the legal system, and specifically workers' compensation cases, I met with Greg Boles to review my case for his opinion as to whether I had any chance at winning an appeal.
