The man who saved my life

I cannot say enough good words about Greg. He is the most aggressively passionate lawyer who will get you helped. He IMMEDIATELY get me medical attention going for my condition before we even got my case settled! It was a painful process against the opposition but we worked together long hard nights ...discussing everything completely covering all bases and he knew everything I was going through and kept me going through it all because he honestly understands it. Greg gave me a copy of his book and explained how the treatment I was getting at work was textbook wrong doing! He even had documents and information dug up on me before I could even furnish them myself to provide and help sometimes he's so good. I cannot express how much confidence I had in him and how much I still recommend him every time I hear someone wrong about an injury. I almost gave up on life because of my back injury and life situation being cut cold and left to die. He saved my life and got me the justice I deserved. My life has been completely given that second chance and I'm walking again! I got the surgery I needed and the recovery treatment to build the strength to carry on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Greg and team involved. I know the workers in the office always took great care of me. If you have a problem with your work related injury. Greg will bring justice!

Positive Results for a Tough Case

Having no experience with the legal system, and specifically workers' compensation cases, I met with Greg Boles to review my case for his opinion as to whether I had any chance at winning an appeal. Greg spent a great deal of time explaining the entire process of appealing a workers' comp. denial. ...His in-depth understanding of the law and the appeal process gave me the confidence that he would be able to represent me well. Greg took me through this long process, step by step, and together we were able to work through hurdle after hurdle that came our way. It was a very difficult case. With my health conditions worsening, my Penn doctors insisted I move across country to a more moderate climate than Pennsylvania could offer. Even with this obstacle, Greg assured me we could continue through phone conversations, email, and written documentation. Greg and his office team made it work. Greg went above and beyond expectations with the research he did specifically for my case, along with handling off-site depositions and court appearances. We recently received word that the final court decision had been rendered; the judge ruled in my favor. It is never a good situation to become disabled, and having no experience or understanding of the judicial process of the workers' compensation law makes a bad situation even worse. Having an intelligent, experienced, and knowledgeable workers' comp. lawyer on your side is a lifesaver. Greg Boles was a champion for my cause, to say the least! I never could have won my case without him.

My Highest Recommendation and My Respect

Several years back Gregory Boles was recommended to represent me after I had lost my job with a large high-profile employer resulting from a work-related injury. I had little hope of finding justice or peace of mind until Greg Boles took on my case. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalis...m and legal expertise, walking me through what was (for me) uncharted waters. I had two cases pending against my former employer--with Greg Boles representing me in my workman's comp case--and a different firm representing me for age discrimination. That said, when all was said and done, it was really Greg Boles who won both cases for me--setting me back on my feet in so many ways. Gregory J. Boles, Esq. has also penned a book titled 'The Wounded Worker' through Word Association Publishers ($16.95) which chronicles everything a prospective legal client is likely to encounter when entering as a plaintiff in a workman's comp suit. I highly recommend Gregory Boles (of Fenner & Boles Law Practice) both as an attorney and as a knowledgeable resource through his carefully written and informative book.
