Fabio Sciarrino

Fabio A. Sciarrino, Esq., is the founding member and lead trial counsel for The Law Office of Fabio A. Sciarrino, LLC.  During his professional legal career, Mr. Sciarrino has successfully represented individuals and small businesses in a variety of civil matters, including pre-suit, litigation and trial.  Mr. Sciarrino's breadth of experience spans from inception of a claim (including risk aversion) or lawsuit through the conclusion, whether by settlement or jury verdict.  Since opening the doors to The Law Office of Fabio A. Sciarrino, LLC in 2012, Mr. Sciarrino and his law firm have focused predominantly on matters involving plaintiff personal injury (slip/trip and fall, premises liability, auto/bus/motorcycle/train/subway/trolley accidents, medical malpractice/delayed diagnosis/medical mistakes/medication errors/cancer, and defective products/devices), family law (divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and visitation rights), estate planning (simple wills, living wills, and powers of attorney), small business representation/defense (including contracts, buy sell agreements/continuation agreements, and premises liability defense), as well as handling minor criminal defense matters.
