Enrico Pagnanelli

Enrico has been working on my complex custody and PFA case since June and I could not be happier with his advocacy, expertise and overall demeanor. He handled a very messy and contentious case with professionalism and extensive legal knowledge. He made me feel so confident and capable when I thought ...I may have to testify, but he was able to come to a custody agreement with opposing counsel at the 11th hour of a 2nd day protracted custody trial. He was always up front and direct with my questions (and I had a lot), always answered me quickly and worked with me regarding finances and billing. Enrico is an ethical, moral and competent attorney and I would recommend him and his partner Maria (who wrote up a beautifully worded motion for me) to anyone in need of representation for custody matters. I am very happy with the custody order he negotiated between me and my son's father.

I never write these reviews but after my experience with Mr.Enrico, I felt compelled to do something and share my experience. I was falsely accused by ex whom I broke up with of a form of abuse. I first consulted with Mr.Enrico whom immediately asked for texts even tho I was not his client at that ti...me and stated he would read through them and take time out of his busy schedule and give me an assessment of what I was facing. Mr.Enrico returned my call within two hours and basically stated this was a false PFA that should not have been given and gave me advice on how to move forward even if I wasn't going to retain him. The obvious choice I retained him went into court and through his great knowledge and stand firm approach with the petitioner attorney he was able to let them know we would stand firm and not accept any deals due to me his client committing no form of abuse towards the accuser. Because of Mr.Enrico approach the petitioner attorney was able to convince his client this matter was a lost cost and to withdraw their PFA which will be completed this week. I thank Mr.Enrico for his help and stand firm approach and will recommend him to family or anyone else whom I know if they are ever an a unfortunate matter as this and the future and recommend him to you whom reads this review. I highly recommended Enrico! I used him 2 years ago for a custody case and he did an amazing job!! I recently had questions and I emailed him and he gladly answered them without no problem even though my case was been settled. Mr. Pagnanelli is incredible to work with. I am not one that usually posts reviews but I am doing so now. After months of considering a divorce I searched on the internet and something drew me to this firm. I went with my best friend of 20+ years (who truly does have a good sense of character) for my consultation. When we left he said "...I like Enrico". I delayed going forward with the divorce for a year but when I did I turned to Enrico and the Testa & Pagnanelli firm. The entire office not only offered empathy in connection with my particular situation but also a firm committemnt to obtain the best results at the end of the day. Of note, every e-mail, every call was immediatley responded to. Further, I was always given the opportunity to offer my thoughts in the course of the proceedings. I appreciated when Enrico would say to me "I could do that if you want but it's of no benefit and you dont need to incur the fees". Enrico knew my situation and always had my best interest in mind (clearly not an "ambulance chaser.") I have the utmost respect for the firm and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a divorce attorney.
