Enrico Pagnanelli

I received poor representation from another law firm. I was on break in the middle of a conciliatory meeting that I was not happy with. I went online and saw Mr. Pagnanelli’s number and call him. I was encouraged by my former attorney to accept a very bad deal. Mr. Pagnanelli told me not to accept it... because it truly was a bad deal. He is now helping me. I am happy so far!

Mr. Pagnanelli is incredible to work with. He treats you as though you are his only client, emails are returned, filings are done quickly and at a level of excellence, calls are purposeful and returned always. He is a man of integrity and will fight with truth not smoke and mirrors like others. I ...cannot begin to express my gratitude for all he has done as I have navigated this horrific divorce and custody battle. My case is a nightmare, I had many levels of issues with my ex and his choice of a very unethical attorney. Mr. Pagnanelli has handled them both and our constant issues at a level of excellence beyond expectation. He fights for us as though we were his own family. He genuinely cares about the welfare of the children above everything else. Having a complicated case has made it difficult but he has far exceeded any expectations. I am not one that usually posts reviews but I am doing so now. After months of considering a divorce I searched on the internet and something drew me to this firm. I went with my best friend of 20+ years (who truly does have a good sense of character) for my consultation. When we left he said "...I like Enrico". I delayed going forward with the divorce for a year but when I did I turned to Enrico and the Testa & Pagnanelli firm. The entire office not only offered empathy in connection with my particular situation but also a firm committemnt to obtain the best results at the end of the day. Of note, every e-mail, every call was immediatley responded to. Further, I was always given the opportunity to offer my thoughts in the course of the proceedings. I appreciated when Enrico would say to me "I could do that if you want but it's of no benefit and you dont need to incur the fees". Enrico knew my situation and always had my best interest in mind (clearly not an "ambulance chaser.") I have the utmost respect for the firm and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a divorce attorney.

Testa and Pagnanelli is the best firm law firm I have ever come across. I searched long and hard and conducted a number of interviews/meetings with lawyers and I could not find any that exhibited the combination of patience, care, passion, and knowledge that I found at the law firm of Testa & Pagnan...elli. While both Testa and Pagnanelli are equally wonderful, I had the pleasure of Mr. Pagnanelli represent me in my divorce case - and I have to tell you, it was the best decision ever! Mr. Pagnanelli is a rare find.....he possesses such a humble, friendly, and caring attitude with his clients...and I must add, extremely knowledgeable about family law!!!! He took the time to answer every question, email, and phone call in such detail that a five year old could understand which made the difference in my understanding of all the laws associated with my divorce. Throughout the entire divorce process, I felt a sense of calm and peace because I knew he had my best interest and would handle everything that had to be done. I am such a control freak because I don't believe people can get done what I can get done and to the degree that I would personally handle things. But, I have to say, I felt good about relinquishing control to Mr. Pagnanelli because he was on top of everything - every required filings related to the divorce, to the property settlements, everything...what a pleasant relief to know that I did not have to stress about anything because he is so efficient! Further, if Mr. Pagnanelli was not available for some reason (maybe in court), his partner was always there to jump in and communicate with me in his absence. The entire firm is supportive and responsive beyond measure! If you want lawyers that really care about what you are going through and hold your hand and lead the way to victory, then you want the lawyers of Testa & Pagnanelli.......more than what you could ever ask for!!! They care and they win!

Fantastic attorney. I have used him for custody and support. He is always well prepared, excellent in court and highly responsive when we communicate. I really didn't think I had any chance at getting shared custody because I just assumed as a dad, I was at a huge disadvantage. Mr. Pagnanelli was phe...nomenal in court and kicked ass. I trust him and his judgement. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs representation for family law.
