Im a juvenile from WILLIAMSPORT PA it was a racist town/county and they have a 98% prosecution rate. They always target black kids/juveniles and throw any charges the are false & outlandish & 9.99/10 they stick. I have been adjudicated for many charges i didnt have anything to do with because they ta...ke the stand, and lie. They tried to put gun, shooting & burglary charges on me after all the other false allegations they charged me with that i had no doing in. My public defender was no help and let it happened. When my mom finally hired Ed. Alva. They acted very straight and played by the rules. He pointed out the facts and saw that it was BS on my evidentiary hearing. And they dropped all my charges and released me from probation the same day he was hired. He's calm understanding and actually does his job VERY well. & he will be my lawyer until he retires. After having several attorneys who did not believe in my husband's case, but did not hesitate to take my money. We came across Alva & Shuttlesworth via referral and was introduced to Mr. Foster.
