Mr. Leventon is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, as well as a Pennsylvania Licensed Adoption Agency. As a result he is involved in agency and private adoption matters.
He has also been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare to be an Authorized Agency Representative allowing him to provide "search services" for birth parents and adoptive families.
He owns and operates his own adoption agency, A Brave Choice and serves as its Director and Agency Counsel. In doing so A Brave Choice provides social and legal services to both birth parents and adoptive families in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.
