All Charges Dropped. Client was arrested after the Pennsylvania State Police recovered nearly 165 pounds of cocaine from my client's 18-Wheeler. After aggressively fighting for my client, all charges were dropped and my client was released.
After aggressively fighting for my client, the Judge dismissed all charges at the preliminary hearing level and ordered that my client be released the same day.
Defense Motion to Dismiss all charges was granted by the Judge. After aggressively fighting the case, all charges were dismissed, allowing my client to avoid the mandatory 60-90 day sentence of incarceration and one year suspension.

Successfully achieved withdrawal of charge and no period of incarceration.
Full Acquittal – Not Guilty Verdict on All Charges
Fought for lesser charges and successfully avoided any prison time.
Favorably resolved new charges and violation of probation cases at the Court of Common Pleas level, securing client's release significantly earlier than the probation officer's recommendation.
Assault charges were withdrawn and defendant released from custody by the Commonwealth.
Drug charges were fully withdrawn by the Commonwealth.
