Nick is an amazing smart good humored man with professional expertise I wouldnt challenge. I find Nick accessible, down to earth and immensely competent. I would have not a second thought in the world had I any scary legal issues to deal with. On the other hand Nick turned the more roustine civil mat...ter I needed help with, i.e., to get a license to practice a business from my home several years ago. Nick's good humor and easy style served me well with the township, of that I am crystal clear. It was painless. Nick made me laugh.

I hired him a few years ago, and he was not only completely nonchalant about helping my mom with her business, he said a lot of inflammatory and unnecessary things. I found out later that a rival business of hers had given him money. He never disclosed the conflict of interest. I called him about it ...when I found out, and got him to speak privately about it, and he was very disrespectul and obnoxious -- even cocky about it. Of course he would never talk publically. I would hire another attorney to help me get this resolved, but what an annoying nightmare. Nick is just the worst.
