Michael J. Curry

Michael Curry has over 25 years of experience representing small, mid-sized and large (including publicly traded) companies as well as select individuals. He was a Partner (Shareholder) and Chairman of a law firm’s Business Law department and Partner in a National law firm before becoming a named Partner in PalmarellaCurry. 

On a Presidential Scholarship Mr. Curry attended the University of Scranton, from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Temple University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of The Jurist Magazine. Thereafter he completed further studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

He clerked for the Circuit Executive, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and is licensed to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court. 

Mr. Curry is a member of the Federalist Society, where he serves on its Philadelphia Chapter Board of Directors and belongs to the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit National Honor Society. He serves on the Board of Hope Springs Equestrian Therapy Inc. and Chairs the Advisory Board at Bonner/Prendergast High School. Michael is included in Who's Who in American Law and was named a top Business Lawyer multiple years by Main Line Today magazine, serving the Philadelphia region. 

Michael's areas of sub-concentration include Corporate and Business Law (includes corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships), Business Litigation, Contracts, Franchise/Licensing, Trademark Registration - both US and International, Employment Law (Employer and Exec. Level Employees) & Real Estate.
