She has represented clients on diverse immigration matters before the Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Board of Appeals, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review, and federal, district, and circuit courts. Elena also counsels clients on employment verification compliance and provides defense in the event of government agency audits and investigations. She also has extensive experience in immigration matters related to family/individuals, investors, and litigation.

Absolutely the best
Elena came recommended by a friend who she had helped get a difficult P-1 visa granted. After an initial consultation we worked together to get me a O-1 visa with subsequent 3 extensions followed by a successful green card application - all with no issues. When I started my own company and needed a visa for my employer there was only one person who I’d trust and she came through with the goods. Always professional, efficient and will always tell you where you stand - I cannot recommendation Elena enough! Thank you for everything.
