I had an expungement done by a Attorney that was from NJ, is where the problem started, it took a year because of covid and because of old handwritten records from the early 80's, everything seemed fine. Went to buy a carry weapon in pa where i live (the purchase was 2 months after expangment), Fil...led out the forms, came back undetermined, filed a PICS challenge form as i had judges orders for expungement done within 10 days 2 months ago. after wating more then 3 weeks later I called state police on the phone and asked "when i might receive a letter"I felt like he got aggressive after looking up my file and all i asked was "when might i receive a letter to Know if i need to respond or not".
