Mike Giaramita is the founder of Giaramita Law Offices, P.C. with offices in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg areas. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
We have fought for gun rights in over 30 counties throughout Pennsylvania.
Giaramita has become a source of authority on the laws of firearms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is the author of a book called Pennsylvania Gun Law: Armed and Educated (2nd Edition) and authored an article for the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers examining complicated issues that affect Pennsylvanians' firearms rights. He was a featured guest of Pennsylvania Bar Institute's CLE course on Firearms Preemption, and has served as a featured lecturer at over 1,000 gun law seminars, including those hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the National Business Institute, Simply CLE, Capozzi Group, the Conference of Townships, Boroughs & Authorites, the Central Pennsylvania Paralegals Association, U.S. Law Shield, and more.
